We are pleased to announce the publication of the 2nd issue of Vol. 3 of BER – the International Journal of Bridge Engineering, Management and Research, available in pdf format here: https://ijbemr.org/index.php/ber/issue/view/7. Please note that BER covers structural, hydraulic, and geotechnical topics. It is open access, and publication costs are currently covered by the Fabre Consortium.
